Our shelves has organic and natural wines and our kitchen follows the seasons because it’s better for the producers and the environment. No snobbery, just good wine, good food and small growers who put love into their work.
Our fig tree has been with us from the very beginning. It’s a tough little thing, even if it doesn’t look like much. After a season of wild temperature swings, it dropped all its leaves but the tree itself is very much alive. The funny part? Every leaf you see now is fake, added one by one to help it feel a bit more dressed for company.
Vinoria Lilo is built on people. Behind every poured glass is a team that cares, about the wine, about the craft, and most of all about the guests.
We work closely together, help each other out, laugh a lot, and take pride in creating a place where both guests and colleagues feel comfortable. For us, it’s not just a job. It’s a shared space we look after together, every day.
Dennis is the heart and owner of Vinoria Lilo.
You’ll often see him at the bar, making sure everything feels just right, not because he has to but because he truly cares. He’s deeply service-minded, passionate about quality without ever making it feel complicated.
What matters most to him is people. More than anything, he wants you to feel welcome, comfortable and part of something.
